Market Neutrality Review

is a semi-annual, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to research at the intersection of competition law, state aid, public procurement, in-house/public governance, and public administration – taking into account both European and international perspectives.

The journal accepts articles that analyze, among other things:

  • interactions between state intervention and the functioning of competitive markets,

  • state aid regulations and their impact on market structure,

  • administrative penalties, enforcement mechanisms, and compliance in the context of competition and procurement,

  • comparative aspects (EU vs. global market) and institutional reforms,

  • the impact of technology and artificial intelligence on competition and market regulation.

Our goal is to create a high-quality scientific platform that combines theoretical and empirical analyses, as well as the reflections of practitioners and experts. The journal is published with a focus on academia, market practitioners, regulatory authorities, and public policymakers.
