Market Neutrality Review
is a semi-annual, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to research at the intersection of competition law, state aid, public procurement, in-house/public governance, and public administration – taking into account both European and international perspectives.
The journal accepts articles that analyze, among other things:
interactions between state intervention and the functioning of competitive markets,
state aid regulations and their impact on market structure,
administrative penalties, enforcement mechanisms, and compliance in the context of competition and procurement,
comparative aspects (EU vs. global market) and institutional reforms,
the impact of technology and artificial intelligence on competition and market regulation.
Our goal is to create a high-quality scientific platform that combines theoretical and empirical analyses, as well as the reflections of practitioners and experts. The journal is published with a focus on academia, market practitioners, regulatory authorities, and public policymakers.
