Get to know us better

At the Market Neutrality Research Forum, we believe that good economic law begins with good knowledge.

We don't side with institutions or businesses—we advocate for fair and transparent rules of the game.

We connect worlds that often work side by side: science, public administration, and the private sector.

We research, analyze, and ask questions that help create law that works for all market participants, not just a select few.

Our goal is to ensure that regulatory decisions are based on facts, and that the European economy can develop competitively, innovatively, and equitably.

Every study, every report, and every dialogue we contribute to has a common denominator:

improving the quality of regulation and strengthening trust in the market.

If you care about an economy that works well not because of exceptions—but because of rules—you've come to the right place.

Founder and Director of the Forum

Dr. Wojciech Studziński, LL.M.

Specializing in competition law and market regulation, he conducts his research under the supervision of Professor Zbigniew Szydło, examining the impact of public decisions on the functioning of the economy.

For over a decade, I have been working at the intersection of law, economics, and public policy. My main interest has always been the question of how regulatory decisions affect the competitive functioning of the economy—the markets, technologies, and services we use every day.

In my academic and expert work for public administration, the private sector, and international organizations, I have increasingly seen the same gap:

complex market issues are too often simplified, and there is too little independent analysis.

The Market Neutrality Research Forum was established to fill this gap:

conduct interdisciplinary research, combine law and economics methodologies, and review public policies for competitive neutrality and the development of innovation.

We are not interested in loud narratives.

Influence and accountability are what count.

Therefore, our task is to provide knowledge that can be used in practice: in designing smart regulations and fair markets in Europe.
